You publish Tuesday morning as available.
All three of your hospitals can see it on your calendar.

Hospital A requests the slot.
Your slot becomes Tentative for two hours. You get a push notification, SMS, and email.

Hospitals B and C can queue.
If they want the same slot, they join the waitlist instead of calling you twice.

You accept, decline, or let it expire.
If you accept, it's locked in. If you decline, the waitlist promotes automatically. No phone tag.
